Another Red River Radio production....

Art of the Red River is back this month with two incredible artists...

First up we have cartoonist Fulton Beal....

"Fulton Beal is a cartoonist and illustrator from the great north state of Maine. From those early days when he first grasped a crayon and scribbled all over the walls of his parent’s house, Fulton hasn’t stopped drawing. Although he participated in schooling at one of the state universities for a couple of years, he is mostly self-taught, having studied classic comic strips and cartoons at any spare moment he could grasp. Wild and whimsical, weird and wacky, his work strives to give a smile or chuckle to the face of every viewer, and hopefully yours as well."

Calling in later we'll have artist, Russell Ritell joining us...

"Russell Ritell is a New York native and agraduate from the School of Visual arts in Manhattan. He has been working in traditional and digital media for more than 20 years. For the last 12 years he's been employed as a designer/animator, but he's also expanded his artistic range through fine art and conceptual projects. He created a large multi-media installation call "The Media Church" about TV and the news affecting social values, and has shown work centered on the BP oil spill and the economic depression.  His upcoming exhibit is called "Wild in The Streets" and opens Oct.12th at the Bau Gallery in Beacon, NY"
