Maine days and nights

When we drove around in Maine, on the highways we'd see many warning signs. Cautioning us to keep a look out for moose.

We did manage to find one.  He was made of resin and not likely to crash into our car.

Soon after we arrived was Chloe's birthday.  Since we'd already celebrated on the beach in San Diego we went out for Gifford's ice cream and mini golf.

The kid's like the little course.

Naomi hit a lot of wild shots.

Unfortunately Chloe hates golf, but she was a good sport.

The golf was a one time thing... But the Gifford's ice cream became an obsession!

"People are willing to take these extraordinary chances to become writers, musicians, or painters, and because of them, we have a culture. If this ever stops, our culture will die, because most of our culture, in fact, has been created by people that got paid nothing for it--people like Edgar Allan Poe, Vincent Van Gogh or Mozart."-Kurt Vonnegut
