Not Quite Pool Weather

The last two days I have spent turning these pencils (by Mike) for this page of "The People That Melt in the Rain"....

...into this...

...it's harder than it looks.

My kids were under the impression that since the weather here has been like summertime for the last few days, that it was time to jump in the pool. So they did. It was freezing. So they rushed into the hot tub. Then spent 40 minutes daring each other to jump back into the pool, which they did. Then they ran back to the hot tub. Back to the pool and on, and on, and on. So, of course cases of the sniffles have descended on this house. Oh well.... Summer will come soon enough. In the meantime, it's on to the next page.

Wow! I'm impressed. I can't imagine that would be easy. As for the hot tub/pool hopping, I remember doing that as a kid. Kids are so funny. Hopefully summer comes sooner than later!

If this ever stops, our culture will die, because most of our culture, in fact, has been created by people that got paid nothing for it--people like Edgar Allan Poe, Vincent Van Gogh or Mozart."-Kurt Vonnegut
